Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition (Windows CE 4.21), also known as Windows Mobile 2003 SE version is out March 24, 2004, and first on the Dell Axim x30.
This was the last version which allowed users to save and restore an entire device through ActiveSync.
New features / built-in applications are:
* Function switch between portrait and landscape for Pocket PC
* Content on a single column in Pocket Internet Explorer
* VGA (640 × 480), 176х220, 240x240, 480x480 to screen resolution
* Support for Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA)
